Ltd is a holding company (NIMBUS) with an aim of providing management and consultant support in the areas of Human Resource, Agribusiness, Marketing, Administration, Legal, Finance, and other common functions to companies under its management. The company emphasizes and promotes various Industries in Nepal for joint and mutual funding, promoter share holdings etc. This also works in portfolio management of other companies of the country. Its interest also includes involvement in treasury bills, contribution in share value of various financial institutions, industrial establishment. The company was registered in the name of Nimbus Marketing later it was changed to Nimbus Holdings Pvt. Probiotech Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Probiotech deals with approximately 20 products in animal feed, another 20 in feed supplements and around 20 more in fine chemicals, vaccines and medicines. It’s the largest importer of fine chemicals for animal nutrition in Nepal. It has the largest and most advanced grain storage facility with four silos installed at its premise at Birgunj. The combined capacity of the storage facility holds up to 25,000 MT of grains at any point of time.

In an aim of business integration and expansion, Probiotech has installed a state of art soybean extraction plant in the manufacturing premises. The soybean by-product is used in feed mill for feed production as well as sold in the market under the brand name SOYAMAX.

The feed production facility is well equipped with a fully functioning laboratory where extensive research and development activities are carried out. A full-fledged Wet Chemistry Laboratory, High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Lab and Near Infra Red (NIR) Lab ensures thorough quality test of our products before they are launched in the market. This further eliminates the lengthy wet chemistry process which takes days to complete. Multiple parameters can be checked in just 5 minutes. These tests enable the stricter control on raw material selection and quality control of finished goods

National Polyplast Industries Pvt Ltd
With a view to manufacture Polypropylene, HDPI, HDPEHM, plastic film, tube, liner, bags, sacks etc National Polyplast Industries Pvt. Ltd has been established. This produces high quality poly woven fabrics which are used for cement and grain packaging.
This is an ISO certified plastic processing plant.

Abinash Farms (P) Ltd

With an objective of commencing food processing and retailing business and to excel in own research and development Avinash Farms (P) Ltd, an initial phase commercial poultry farm was established. This is a Nimbus owned poultry farm at Chitwan. This has around 10,000 birds and is used for Research and Development. New feeds that are launched by Probiotech are tested in the flocks kept in this farm. Apart from this various other research are also being carried out at the farm level.

Nimbus International Company (P) Ltd
To carry out the business of import and distribution of animal feed supplements, feed grains, veterinary treatment products and other agri-inputs it has a trading company, Nimbus International Company (P) Ltd.

LPG Bottling
Apart from service and production it is also involved in refilling and sale of Liquid Petroleum Gas. It acquired Sambriddhi Gas Udhyog in 2009 and Nepal Gas in 2011. Together we are the market leader in terms of filling capacity, storage facility and the largest bottler of LPG in the country with a total circulation of 450,000 cylinders and distributor network spread across the nation.
It makes direct sale to around 65 institutional customers, which include all star hotels, major food chains, US embassy, British and UN offices etc.
