Team work is our key success factor
NIMBUS is the only company in Nepal offering free technical assistance at the farm level. It has is teams strategically located in the poultry active pockets of Kathmandu and Narayanghat.
The core teams are distinctly divided into:
- Techno Commercial Team (TCT)
- Commercial Team (CT)
The TCT comprises of qualified technical field staff. Each team is headed by a Veterinarian. The teams focus on handling problems at the farm level. They answer queries and devise programs to enhance the Production & Efficiency levels of these farms. This is the FIRST TIME that a company has created such a bonding with its customers in Nepal.
The CT undertakes all selling activities which does not require any technical interference.
In its ongoing effort to create awareness on animal health issues and build a platform for communication in the industry, NIMBUS organizes seminars on varied subjects at various locations. It has successfully concluded seminars on:
- Farm Management - Tandi
- Heat Stress Management - Kathmandu
- Vaccination and its benefits - Kathmandu
- Pellet Feed – a new entry in the feed market - Tandi
- Management of Cross Bred cattle and buffalo - Panauti
